Eric Middleton, Ph.D.
Professional highlights include developing rigorous assessments for the U.S. Armed Forces, co-founding LEAD Labs--a non-profit evidence-based leadership development consultancy, designing and delivering multi-rater (360-degree) feedback programs., career coaching in higher education, and providing leadership development tools within a preeminent specialized research medical institution.

He has published in peer-reviewed journals and presented research on leader development topics such as goal orientation, leader identity, self-awareness, psychological capital, and leader integrity. ​

Dr. Middleton earned his Ph.D. and M.A. organizational behavior and M.A. in industrial/organizational psychology. He is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified executive coach.
